Rain Sensor

With the GARDENA Rain Sensor, natural rainfall is taken into consideration when set up with an automatic irrigation system.
Irrigation is not started if it is raining, or it stops if rain begins during irrigation.
The optical-electronic operation principle allows a fast reaction to the start of rainfall.
The Rain Sensor can be placed into the bed beside the plants, or placed on a solid surface.
The GARDENA Rain Sensor electronic is supplied with a 5 m connecting cable and plug. For operation, one 9 V alkaline battery is required (not included).
This ensures results for approx. one year.
